Maintenance and Service Requests

Regular Service Requests

To request normal routine maintenance and cleaning services for Lincoln Center or Rose Hill such as lighting outages, heating/cooling problems, window repairs, plumbing work, cleaning, furniture, pest control, etc., please submit a Work Request via the Facilities Management Work Request Channel.

• Log in and click 'My Apps' at the top of the page
• Scroll down to Utilities & Tools and click 'Facilities Work Requests'
• Under the designated campus, click 'Click here to Create a Work Request'

Emergency Service Requests

Emergency Service Requests refer to repairs that are necessary to either eliminate a safety issue or to prevent extensive building damage. These items must be repaired and corrected immediately. Examples may include flooded areas, hazards to a resident’s security or unlivable housing conditions.  During normal business hours, please contact 718-817-4830 for Rose Hill Hill and 212-636-6090 for Lincoln Center to report an emergency service request.

Emergency Service Requests at any other time should be called into the Public Safety Department at 718-817-2222.
