➢ Schedule Self-Study Preparation Visit (SSPV) - April 25
➢ Assemble Steering Committee
➢ Draft Institutional Priorities and Self-Study Outcomes
➢ Community Stakeholder Engagement on Self-Study process and feedback on Institutional Priorities
➢ Hold first Steering Committee meeting, including Provost Charge
➢ Administer Steering Committee survey to begin assembling Working Groups and Teams
➢ Finalize Institutional Priorities and Outcomes

➢ Working Groups meet regularly to address Lines of Inquiry; identify and gather evidence that supports Standard and Requirements of Affiliation under focus; collaborate internally and externally; carry out gap analyses; and draft Self-Study Chapter Reports
➢ Working Group Gap Analyses reports are due on December 15
➢ Steering Committee Co-Chairs and Communications Team continue community engagement and updates with various stakeholder groups to report on Self-Study progress

January–February 2024

➢ Working Groups finalize initial Self-Study Draft Chapter Reports and share
with Steering Committee by January 31
➢ Steering Committee reviews and offers feedback on all Working Group
