Chapter Nine: Amendments

§2-09.01 - Amendments

Except as otherwise provided for herein, these Bylaws may be amended or repealed or new Bylaws may be adopted by the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Entire Board at any regular or special meeting of the Board, provided that at least ten (10) days' notice of such meeting be given to all Trustees, and the intent of the amendments  to be considered  shall be made a part of the meeting notice.

These Bylaws were last amended on February 8, 2024.
