Action 7: Use Technology Responsibly

  1. Update technologies in classrooms, offices, and other campus buildings to be energy efficient. 
  2. Work toward LEED certification for each building, tripling current certification by 2040. 
  3. Incorporate a sustainability panel into the International Conference on Cyber Security, held every 18 months at Fordham, to explore the connections between advances in cybersecurity and sustainability goals.
  4. Create a concentration or pathway that connects artificial intelligence and machine learning with sustainability and ecology goals.
