Mission

The Office of Sustainability at Fordham University is dedicated to advancing green initiatives, aligning with the university's commitment to sustainability outlined in AASHE STARS. Our mission is to optimize energy usage in a campus-like setting guided by environmental stewardship while nurturing a culture of sustainability among students, faculty, and staff.

As a participant in AASHE STARS, Fordham University adheres to rigorous sustainability standards. Our office integrates these benchmarks into our initiatives, ensuring that our projects contribute meaningfully to the university's sustainability goals.
