Speaker Bios: Dr. Ruppenthal has more than two years of experience in the healthcare industry as the Head of Contract Management Division for one of the largest Health Insurance Companies in Germany. Here, she directs contract negotiations pertaining to health and nursing care insurance. She is currently responsible for negotiations with the ministry of health and social security at the federal and state levels, as well as consultation with the medical, hospital, nursing associations, and the pharmaceutical industry regarding the German health care system (payment, patient-centered care, quality of service, etc.)
