  • Dr. Van Cleaf studies the ways in which digital technologies transform our relationships to society, each other and ourselves. She is interested in motherhood, fashion, feminism, and pays particular attention to the ways digital technologies impact structural inequalities. Her recent work examines second hand clothing markets and digital labor.
