  • Eric Jarosinski teaches courses in German language and culture at all levels, modern and contemporary literature, philosophy and critical theory, theater and television. Recent courses have included “Culture and Critique: Marx, Nietzsche, Freud," "The Book was Better: German Literature from Page to Screen," and "Dramatic Shifts: German Theater in the 20th and 21st Centuries."

    In addition to teaching, he has been active as a translator (Jewish Museum Berlin), humor columnist (Die Zeit, NRC Handelsblad), book author (Nein: A Manifesto), Internet aphorist (Twitter: @NeinQuarterly), and touring performer in an internationally acclaimed one-man show (“The Failed Intellectual Goodwill Tour”).
