Biography:

Daniel is a first-year doctoral student born and raised in the Central Valley of California. He attended school in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he received a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Communication studies. Then Daniel pursued a Masters degree in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary in New York City. At Reformed Seminary, Daniel specialized in Ancient Near Eastern languages and cultures. Lastly, Daniel obtained his Masters of Divinity from Southern Seminary. Daniel’s research interest areas include the Pauline corpus, ritual studies, and text critical work in the New Testament. Before his academic studies, Daniel worked in campus ministry in the Bay Area and New York. Daniel is a competitive runner in his free time and enjoys spending time with his high-school sweetheart, Sara, and their little chihuahua, Conchita. Daniel and Sara live in Brooklyn, NY.
