Intellectual Property Committee

The University Intellectual Property Committee UIPC is charged with

• reviewing and determining the release of a University-owned invention to the inventor;
• providing guidelines for the implementation of this Policy;
• interpreting and applying this Policy in individual cases;
• resolving disputes concerning the interpretation and application of this Policy; and
• recommending whether University resources should be allocated to the external marketing of the invention.
