Committee on Health Professions CHP Process

In order to get an interview with the CHP committee, student need to start the process by submitting the below components:

• Summary Form
• Autobiographical statement
• Personal Essay (5,300 characters, spaces counted)
• Work and Activities History (up to 15 experiences)
  • 3 most meaningful
• Letters of Recommendation
• Updated Resume
