Wendy Lamont

Wendy Lamont is an accomplished multidisciplined global executive with more than 20 years of transformation leadership and execution experience from Accenture, IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Kearney. Lamont has sold and delivered cross offering transformation programs in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. She has a proven track record in managing and expanding client relationships in multiple industries, including financial services, life sciences/pharma, and consumer packaged goods.  

Lamont’s most recent position was with Accenture as managing director, where she championed clients’ overall transformation strategy, addressing cost, capability, efficiency, talent, and technology. Lamont focused on business process outsourcing, working with companies in the financial services and CPG Industries. She helped clients realize 40% – 50% run cost savings while gaining efficiencies and capabilities, improving data and controls, and leveraging automation. In addition, Lamont served in several firm-building MD leadership roles including Metro NYC Leadership Council member, MD training/integration leader, NYC Metro Arts & Culture Club lead, and Covenant House MD fundraising leader. She also has mentored many early career professionals.

Lamont holds a B.A. in Government and Philosophy from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where she now serves as a member of the School’s Advisory Board. In addition, she completed the Wharton School-IBM Executive Master Dealmaking Program and achieved a lifetime Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Supply Management (ISM).
