Meet the Gabelli School Graduate DEI Student Advisory Board

Bearose Beltran (MS ‘23)
DEI Board – Co-President (2022- Current)

Bearose Beltran is an MS Marketing Intelligence student at the Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University. She received her undergraduate degree in Sociology from the University of Philippines Diliman and has since been involved in startups, research, and volunteer work with UN Offices across the globe. At present, she oversees the Events and Marketing Teams on the DEI Graduate Board and is supporting Fordham University’s CCP Project.

Abhidith N Shetty (MS ‘23)
DEI Board – Co-President (2022- Current)

Abhidith Shetty is pursuing his MS in Business Analytics at Fordham’s Lincoln Center campus.

He has an undergraduate degree in Biotechnology Engineering from RVCE India. Post that, he has worked in G2 and Apptio in the Operations and Analytics Domain for 3 years. He will be handling the Statistics and Grant Writing Team on the DEI Graduate Board.

Ian Noronha (MBA ‘24)
DEI Board - Secretary (2022 - Current)

Ian Noronha is a Full Time MBA student at the Gabelli School of Business, Fordham University.

He has received his undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University,India and has worked in digitalization transformation for a pharmaceutical company for 4 years.He will be overseeing the Administration and Events Teams on the DEI Graduate Board.
