The Full-Time M.B.A. is the Gabelli School of Business’ flagship two-year program in management and leadership. Selectively enrolling approximately 60 students per year, the Full-Time M.B.A. combines industry-inspired hands-on coursework, individualized attention, and extraordinary network development in the heart of New York City.
This is a true New York City M.B.A. – and the Gabelli School’s program is also STEM-designated.

The Gabelli School of Business Full-Time M.B.A. program is taught by academic experts who maintain strong ties to industry and continually adapt the M.B.A. curriculum to meet the demands of today’s employers.
From the Gabelli Launch orientation program that serves as the start of the program, to virtual or in-person applied learning projects abroad or domestic that develop students' management and consulting skills, the STEM-designated Full-Time M.B.A. curriculum is designed to over-prepare students for the challenges of the business world.
Full-time MBA students will:
- Travel globally to act as consultants to nonprofits, NGOs, and Fortune 500 companies.
- Complete a rigorous curriculum that balances teamwork, experiential and active learning in the key business areas of economics, statistics, accounting, finance, management, ethics, and strategy as well as individually chosen electives across a variety of concentrations

STEM Designation
The Gabelli School of Business is proud to offer a STEM-designated full-time M.B.A. program. The interdisciplinary nature of the Gabelli School’s M.B.A. program blends together foundational business disciplines and incorporates expertise in technology, engineering, and science to help graduates make better business decisions.
According to the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, careers in science, technology, engineering, and math are expected to grow over the next ten years due to continued growth in the digital economy. STEM-designated programs will help students remain competitive and contribute to the economic growth of the U.S.
Students who earn a degree in select U.S. government-designated STEM programs may be eligible to apply for a 24-month STEM OPT extension.

Our Career Development Center (CDC) provides end-to-end career services with the goal of helping you translate your academic experience into meaningful, productive academic-year internships and post-graduation jobs. Career-search training begins from the very first week of the first year, with continuing support offered to Fordham graduates once they receive their Gabelli School M.B.A.
The Gabelli School of Business provides additional layers of career coaching and job-search support built around key milestones that are specific to the Full-Time MBA to help prepare students for their next big move. Every student is assigned a career advisor who will guide them through the CDC’s six-step Job Search Model which is designed to take students from crafting a resume to closing on the job of their dreams.
