The Gabelli School of Business Ph.D. program is proudly affiliated with the Center for Research in Contemporary Finance at Fordham University. For over ten years, the Center has been at the forefront of research issues in finance and economics, and is active in bringing together academics, industry leaders, and policymakers to exchange ideas about the future of business and education.

Center for Research in Contemporary Finance Mission Statement:
The primary mission of the center is to conduct research and provide continuous discourse on contemporary challenges and developments in the financial industry, with a view to bringing together diverse participants of the industry and to providing meaningful guidance to policymakers in the context of Fordham's fundamental Jesuit philosophy of critical analysis, ethics and social justice.
