Silvia McCallister-Castillo
Senior Assistant Dean for Graduate Admissions
Silvia McCallister-Castillo joined Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business in 2023 as the senior assistant dean for graduate admissions. Her previous roles have spanned student recruitment and admissions, student affairs, curriculum innovation, career development, and alumni relations for master’s degree and M.B.A. programs at IE Business School, London Business School, Yale School of Management, the University of Hong Kong, and the University of California, San Diego. McCallister-Castillo graduated with a B.A. in Classics from Columbia University, an M.Sc. in Corporate Communication from IE Business School, and an M.A. in Global Diplomacy from SOAS, University of London.

Dylan Mosenthal
Senior Associate Director of Admissions
Dylan Mosenthal currently serves as the senior associate director of admissions at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, primarily overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of the Gabelli School’s M.B.A. candidates. Prior to his arrival at Fordham in 2017, he worked in undergraduate admissions at Trinity College and collectively brings over a decade of experience working in enrollment management within higher education institutions. A proud Fordham alumnus, Mosenthal earned an M.B.A. from the Gabelli School and holds B.A. and M.S. degrees from Trinity College.

Nikki de Castro
Assistant Director of Admissions
Admissions Area: Full-time M.B.A. and M.S. in Management
Nikki de Castro currently serves as an assistant director of admissions at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, primarily overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of the Full-time M.B.A. and M.S. in Management candidates. Before joining the Gabelli School in 2022, de Castro worked for several years in the accounting industry, providing consulting, advisory, and assurance services at Riveron, KPMG, and EY. She earned a B.S. in Public Accounting from the Gabelli School, an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut, and an M.S. in Education from Fordham University's Graduate School of Education.

Cheyne Lulham
Associate Director of Admissions for Working Professionals Programs
Admissions Areas: Pre-M.B.A., Professional M.B.A, Executive M.B.A.
Cheyne Lulham currently serves as the associate director of admissions for working professionals programs at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, overseeing recruitment and evaluation for the Pre-M.B.A., Professional M.B.A. and Executive M.B.A. programs. Prior to joining the Gabelli School in 2023, Lulham held roles in graduate student recruitment, career services, and undergraduate admissions at the Imperial College Business School; London Business School; and the University of Newcastle, Australia. Lulham holds a B.Bus. in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Newcastle, Australia.

Christina Sakowski
Associate Director for Admissions in Specialized Master’s Programs
Admissions Areas: Online M.S. in Finance, Online M.S. in Management, M.S. in Strategic Marketing and Communications
Christina Sakowski currently serves as the associate director for admissions in specialized master’s programs at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of the Gabelli School’s M.S. candidates. Prior to joining Fordham in 2018, Sakowski had worked in academic advising for first-year students, undergraduate admissions, and transfer admissions for institutions across New York State—the University of Buffalo School of Management, St. John's University, and Manhattan College. Sakowski holds a B.A. in Psychology from the State University of New York at Oswego and an M.A. in School Counseling from Manhattan College.

Catherine O’Hara

Admissions Area: M.S. in Marketing Intelligence, M.S. in Media Management
Catherine O’Hara currently serves as an assistant director of admissions at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, primarily overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of the M.S. in Marketing Intelligence, and M.S. in Media Management. Prior to pursuing a career in graduate business admissions, she was the program manager for the Executive M.B.A. program. O’Hara holds a B.A. in Sociology from Fordham College at Rose Hill.

Tenzin Palkyi

Admissions Areas: M.S. in Accounting, M.S. in Business Analytics, M.S. in Information Technology, and M.S. in Taxation
Tenzin Palkyi currently serves as an assistant director of admissions at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, primarily overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of candidates for the M.S. in Accounting, M.S. in Taxation, M.S. in Business Analytics, and M.S. in Information Technology programs. Palkyi earned a B.A. in International Studies from Fordham College at Rose Hill and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Education at Fordham's Graduate School of Education.

John Versaci
Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment
Admissions Areas: M.S. in Finance, M.S. in Quantitative Finance
John Versaci currently serves as an assistant director of admissions at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, primarily overseeing the recruitment and evaluation of candidates for the M.S. in Finance and M.S. in Quantitative Finance programs. Before Versaci joined the Gabelli School, he worked in undergraduate admissions at Marymount Manhattan College for several years. Versaci earned a B.S. in Mathematics from Fairfield University and an M.Ed. in higher education from Merrimack College. He also is currently enrolled in Fordham's Professional M.B.A. Program.
