Dale Y. Kim, CPA, is a partner at PwC. Prior to this, he was a partner in the state and local tax practice of Ernst & Young LLP. Based in the New York City office, Kim led the firm’s real estate, hospitality, and construction market segment SALT practice. Prior to joining Ernst & Young in 2017, he worked in the state and local tax practice of KPMG LLP, focusing on banking and capital markets; wealth and asset management; and real estate, hospitality, and construction sector clients. He has been a speaker for numerous organizations including the American Bar Association, the National Association of State Bar Tax Sections, the Tax Executives Institute, NAREIT, NCREIF, the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, the Council on State Taxation, NYSSCPA, MACPA, and the Committee of Banking Institutions on Taxation. Kim has served as an adjunct professor of tax in Fordham University’s M.S. program in Taxation since 2012.
