For more than 15 years, Dario Fofic has worked in the financial and healthcare sectors. Fofic carefully chose his career path by focusing on gaining experience across different business segments, which helped him to connect the dots across complex organizational structures. This experience enabled him to bridge the gap between business and technology departments.

Since 2014, he has focused on developing talent across organizations through coaching, mentoring, and teaching future leaders. Fofic, who holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University’s Gabellli School of Business, is an adjunct professor at his alma mater. He teaches courses on business analytics at the Gabelli School each year. Fofic takes great pride in being able to work with talented students on the cusp of burgeoning careers, knowing that they will be prepared to excel in their industry roles and that their future employers will benefit as a direct result.
