Suzy D’Enbeau is an assistant professor of Communications and Media Management at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. She has held previous faculty positions in Communication Studies at Kent State University and The University of Kansas. She earned a Ph.D. in 2009 from Purdue University. D’Enbeau is an organizational communication scholar, and her research considers how to design and implement effective organizational policies that satisfy diverse stakeholders and multiple, sometimes competing, organizational objectives in a variety of contexts including ESG management and metrics, essential work and corporate sustainability, and sexual violence prevention. Her research has appeared in leading publications including Human Relations, Journal of Management Inquiry, Communication Monographs, Qualitative Inquiry, and The Sage Handbook of Communication Ethics. D'Enbeau also has appeared on several episodes of “The Dr. Phil Show” as a gender and communication expert.
