M.S. in Health Administration Mission, Vision, Values
Mission
The mission of the M.S. in Health Administration (MSHA) program at Fordham University is to provide our students with the analytical skills and comprehensive industry knowledge required to become trusted and innovative health care administrators capable of leading organizations across the spectrum of health care. Our mission is directly aligned with the Jesuit-infused mission of Fordham University to create future highly informed leaders and citizens, who bring the highest ethical standards and compassion to their work, personal lives and relationships with others.
Vision
The vision for the MSHA Degree Program at Fordham University is to produce graduates who mastered foundational theoretical and practical knowledge of contemporary health care systems to enable them to make sound patient-centered decisions as highly informed ethical and innovative leaders.
Value
As part of one of the nation's leading Jesuit Universities, our MSHA Degree Program aligns with Fordham’s drive to develop the mind, body and spirit of our students: the core value of "Cura Personalis" ("care of the whole person"). "Cura Personalis" exemplifies not just how our students are developed but how they, as future health care leaders, will serve their patients and communities.
