My.Fordham.Edu is the gateway to the University's online services for students, faculty, staff and alumni. The Fordham Portal contains bookmarks, calendars, an online directory, campus announcements, tech-help and an email interface.

You are required to claim your AccessIT ID before you can log in to My.Fordham.Edu. Below are instructions on how to claim your AcessIT ID, set up Multifactor authentication (MFA), and access the Fordham Portal.

Note: Adjuncts teaching online classes have can access the Learning Management System (LMS) through this portal.

Select New user: Claim account below the Login button and follow the prompts.

New employees can access My.Fordham.edu once they are registered with Human Resources.

If you experience difficulty in claiming your AccessIT ID, please contact the University Help Desk at 718-817-3999, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. or via email at: [email protected]. When emailing the Help Desk, please be sure to include your FIDN in the email.

Fordham University requires all members to verify their identity with multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging into a password protected account at Fordham. MFA provides an additional layer of security and reduces the risks associated with unauthorized access to your accounts, should your passwords ever be compromised.

Fordham is a google school which means you have the best of Google's core apps at your fingertips. G Suite includes Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Sites, Groups, and Hangouts. Fordham IT provides frequent training on G Suite.

There is a contractual agreement between Fordham and Google that protects your data stored in these apps from Google mining.

  • Gmail is the official email system of Fordham University. Access your Fordham Gmail account via gmail.fordham.edu or through the my.fordham Portal.
  • Google Drive stores your files and lets you access them from any computer. Access via drive.google.com or the apps menu in your Fordham Gmail account.
  • Google Calendar Keep track of important meetings and events. Access via calendar.google.com or the apps menu in your Fordham Gmail account.
