Overview

The Equipment Loan Program offers faculty and staff short-term computer and peripheral loans for temporary needs, such as forgotten devices or repairs. 

The Equipment Loan Program is intended for faculty and staff only. Students should use the self-checkout student Tech Kiosks for laptop borrowing needs. If a student's device is being repaired however, students can inquire about a Chromebook loan which may be provided depending on availability.

Getting Started

To make an equipment loan request, contact the IT Service Desk at HelpIT@Fordham.edu.

Equipment Available

Quantities of all equipment are limited. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. 

For faculty and staff:

• Windows and Mac laptops, Chromebooks, Microsoft Surface devices (3 weeks maximum)
• Document camera
• Lavalier wireless microphone
• Wireless presentation mouse 

For students:

• Chromebooks may be available for loan on a limited basis (2 weeks maximum - please note that this time limit is separate from the self-checkout student tech kiosk)
