Email Printing

Overview

You can print by emailing your document as an attachment to [email protected].
You will receive a confirmation email letting you know which file(s) are being processed for printing.
Your document(s) are now in the queue. 

Next -> Release your print job at a Canon print device

*Guests need to validate their email address before it is available for email to print.
*Documents stay in your print queue for 10 hours. 

Supported formats for Email to Print:

Microsoft Excel xlam, xls, xlsb, xlsm, xlsx, xltm, xltx rtf, 
Microsoft PowerPoint pot, potm, potx, ppam, pps, ppsm, ppsx, ppt, pptm, pptx 
Microsoft Word doc, docm, docx, dot, dotm, dotx, 
txt, pdf 
Picture Files bmp, dib, gif, jfif, jif, jpe, jpeg, jpg, png, tif, tiff XPS xps
