SUMMARY
The Infrastructure Operations group is dedicated to the maintenance, design, and research of the network at Fordham University. It is a highly paced and exciting environment that offers many opportunities for learning and growth. Must be registered Fordham student in good academic standing.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist customers at Fordham with network and unified communications issues that arise
• Monitor, review, update, escalate, and close all network-related incidents via our ServiceNow ticketing system on a daily basis
• Provide wireless coverage assessments
• Assist the Network Operations Technician with day-to-day issues
• Help maintain hardware, software, and IP inventory
• Deliver network equipment to and from our data closets

COMPENSATION: $16.00 per hour
