Collective Bargaining Agreements

CONTRACT between Fordham University and Fordham University Employees, Local 810, International Brotherhood of Teamsters.

THIS IS AN AGREEMENT effective July 1, 2015, by and between FORDHAM UNIVERSITY (hereinafter called the University) and LOCAL 810, (hereinafter called the Union) Teamsters, Chauffeurs, Warehousemen, Helpers, Drivers, Rug Cleaners, Dyers, Handlers, Steel, Metal, Alloy, Hardware, Fabricators, Production, and Skilled Maintenance Workers; Greater New York, Metropolitan, New York, and vicinity.

It is the desire of both the University and the Union to work together to maintain mutually satisfactory conditions of employment and in that undertaking to act in a way beneficial to the preservation of harmonious relations.

Local 153 CBA

AGREEMENT entered into to be effective the first day of July, 2017 between the OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION, LOCAL 153, AFL-CIO, 265 West 14th Street, New York, New York, 10011, hereinafter referred to as the "Union" and FORDHAM UNIVERSITY, whose principal location is East Fordham Road, Bronx, New York, 10458, and its other locations, hereinafter referred to as the "University."
