Conduct Prohibited by University Policy: Sexual and Related Misconduct Policy

The following conduct, when based on sex or gender, is prohibited under University policy or federal, state, or local laws that are independent of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. The conduct under this section will be addressed using the University’s investigation and adjudication process. Please see Section IV entitled “Conduct Prohibited by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972” for prohibited conduct that is not covered under this section.
