Fordham Law Annual Luncheon Supports
The Fordham Law Alumni Association Scholarship Endowment
The Fordham Law Alumni Association Scholarship Endowment will support an outstanding 3L student with demonstrated financial need who is committed to pursuing a career in public service. By reducing the financial burden of legal education, this scholarship empowers the recipient to focus on their passion for serving communities and advancing the public good.
Any surplus funds from the endowment's distribution will be directed toward supporting students engaged in public interest work during the summer, fostering early commitment to impactful legal careers.
Contributions to this endowment have a direct and lasting impact, enabling talented individuals to embody the values of Fordham Law and ensuring that future generations of legal professionals are equipped to create meaningful change in their communities and beyond. Your generosity sustains excellence, accessibility, and a dedication to public service in legal education.
About the FLAA Annual Luncheon Awards
At the Annual Luncheon, Fordham Law School recognizes individuals across the span of their careers whose professional lives embody the values of Fordham Law School. The awards presented include the Rising Stars award, the Milton Fisher ‘42 Second Harvest award, and the FLAA Medal of Achievement.
The Rising Star Awards recognize the extraordinary achievements of three distinguished alumni who have graduated within the past 15 years in the areas: Private Practice; In-House and Business; and Government, Public Interest, and Nonprofit.
The Milton Fisher '42 Second Harvest Award honors a graduate who, in a lifetime of extraordinary achievement, has embodied the Law School’s highest ideals of excellence and service.
The Medal of Achievement is presented to an alumnus or alumna of the Law School who has a distinguished career in law or business. The award presentation is the centerpiece of the FLAA Annual Luncheon.
