Ahson Azmat

Biography
Ahson Azmat is an attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, where he practices complex commercial litigation with particular focus on antitrust and securities and investment law. He has appeared before federal and state courts throughout the country, and has experience with both jury and bench trials, from pleadings to verdict.
Ahson received his BA from Princeton University and his JD and PhD from Harvard Law School, after which point he clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. He has published academic scholarship with Oxford University Press and other peer-reviewed journals in areas spanning tort, criminal law, and financial regulation.
