Barbara Boehler serves as the Senior Director of the Program on Corporate Compliance and Ethics at Fordham University School of Law and teaches compliance courses at Fordham Law as well as Suffolk University Law School and Boston University Law School.

Ms.Boehler formerly served as the Director of Programming and Education at Compliance Week, the Securities SME at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, and the Global Chief Compliance Officer at Arete Research.

Ms. Boehler has also held compliance roles at Fidelity Investments, JP Morgan Invest, Standish Mellon Asset Management, and Babson Capital Management. Ms. Boehler holds a BA from Suffolk University, a JD from Suffolk University Law School, and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. Barbara is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
