As CEO and founder of Confiance Cosmetic Group, Claire Bing leads a consulting agency helping cosmetic brands and manufacturers launch compliant products in the U.S. and internationally.
Ms. Bing’s practice helps clients navigate the entire product lifecycle, including new product development, label design and product notification, along with thorough auditing and due diligence. Clients benefit from her experience in regulatory, quality, operations, supply chain and sourcing, along with her extensive domestic and international experience in new product launches, strategic international business expansion, transformational change management and new product development from a regulatory and quality perspective.
Ms. Bing also brings expertise in skincare, color cosmetics, hair care and personal care product formulation. Ms. Bing was formerly vice president of Regulatory and Quality at Maesa, a Bain Capital portfolio company and beauty brand incubator and, prior to that, at tarte cosmetics for more than seven years.
