Howard S. Richman has been a trial lawyer since 1978 when he first stepped into the court room as a Captain in Judge Advocate General’s corps of the United State Army. After spending three years in the active service of the US Army, Howard became an assistant corporation counsel for the City of New York, defending NYC in claims arising from the negligent operation of NYC services.
