Jenna Nicenko
Adjunct Professor of Law
Jenna Nicenko is a civil litigator. She has practiced law in the New York office of White & Case LLP and as an attorney for the New York City Department of Transportation. She has appeared in federal and New York State courts and represented corporate and individual clients in administrative proceedings in an array of business disputes, including claims involving violations of federal securities laws, fraud, breach of contract, bank liquidations, and bankruptcy law. While on sabbatical leave from law firm practice, Jenna taught and supervised the work of the Tax Litigation Clinic at Fordham University School of Law.
Since 2008, Jenna has been an Adjunct Professor in the Clinical and Experiential Program at Fordham School of Law. She teaches Fundamental Lawyering Skills and Civil Government and Non-Profit Externship courses. In the spring of 2020, she also joined the faculty of the University of Connecticut School of Law. She lectures in the Semester in NYC Program, a reflective field placement seminar for student externs.
In 2015, Jenna founded Harbinger Education Consulting, a New York non-profit focused on providing comprehensive information about American higher education.
