Biography

Jessica Margolis is a partner in the New York office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she specializes in general commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, and white collar criminal defense. Jessica has advised individual and corporate clients in connection with a wide range of matters encompassing many areas of the law, including fraud, contract, and intellectual property. She is experienced in all stages of the litigation process, from inception of an action through discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. She has significant experience litigating in federal and state courts, as well as representing clients in arbitration.

From 2001 to 2002, Jessica clerked for the Honorable Barbara S. Jones of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Jessica was a litigation associate with Debevoise & Plimpton.
