Experience

Peter C. Kostant is a Visiting Professor of Law at New York Law School. He has visited at numerous other law schools including Iowa, Connecticut and Washington and Lee.

He has written numerous law review articles in the areas of Corporate Law and Professional Responsibility.  He is also the author of the book, Business Organizations: Practical Applications of the Law, published by Aspen/Kluwer Press.
