Fordham University’s visiting student program offers undergraduates the opportunity to enhance their current degree programs by taking courses in over 70 areas of study taught by Fordham’s expert faculty. This year, Fordham has expanded its visiting student policy to make it easier for students enrolled in degree programs at other universities to take a few classes at Fordham this semester and pay per credit, rather than paying tuition as a full-time student.

If you are enrolled in a degree program at another institution, please check with your advisor at your home institution to confirm that the course you are interested may be used for an equivalent at your home institution. You should also confirm that this will not affect your financial aid or your student status at your home institution.
-
The application and registration process is easy. After you have identified which course(s) you are interested in, fill out the short visiting student application and indicate your course preference. Within 2 business days, Fordham will confirm your request and seat availability and register you for the course, and you will be billed $1,050 per credit. Upon completion of the course, you may easily request a transcript from our self-service portal. There is no application fee, and if your plans change, you may drop the course before the first day of class with no penalty.
