Serge Reda, M.Arch, MBA 

Fordham REI Adjunct Faculty Member 

Serge Reda has broad and deep experience in the real estate industry ranging from acquisitions, development and construction to finance and technology, and has expertise in investment strategy and analytics. Reda is the chair of the real estate curriculum committee and teaches Real Estate Development Process, Real Estate Development Feasibility Study, CRE Technology, and Real Estate Structures and Capital Markets for the Fordham Real Estate Institute. He holds an M.B.A. from Fordham University as well as a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado.
