The American Age Lecture Series strives to embody the spirit of the Fordham community through programs that educate, stimulate, and enhance the college experience. In accordance with the Jesuit Traditions and University Mission, American Age will play an integral role in the intellectual development of the student body and seeks to bring the Fordham community together through a series of lectures, forums, and speakers of educational and social interest.

Cinevents is a committee committed to bringing movies to campus and the campus to movies. This is with twice weekly movies starting at 9PM (be sure to check the semester lineup on Facebook @ CAB Cinevents!) and excursions to current movies in theaters!

The CAB Comedy Committee is the sector of Campus Activities Board that puts on improvisational and stand-up comedian performances, as well as competitions and fun activities for students. All events are free and occur throughout the semester both on and off campus. Past events include the Rose Hill Code scavenger hunt, the Upright Citizens Brigade Touring Company Improv show, 'Awkward Ramily Photo' photo booth series, and the annual Last Comic Standing student competition.

The Concert Committee aims to provide Fordham students with activities of social, educational, and cultural nature congruent with Jesuit ideals. The primary responsibility of the Concert Committee is to bring musical acts for CAB’s large programming weekends, specifically Spring Weekend. At anytime, the Concert Committee may cosponsor an event with any other University organization.

Cultural Affairs aims to provide students access to the culture of New York City at an affordable and discounted cost. Cultural Affairs is responsible for programming monthly raffles where students can enter and win tickets to events throughout the city, including but not limited to, Broadway shows, sports games, and excursions to places such as the Ellis Island Immigration Museum.

The publicity chair creates and coordinates the marketing efforts of all of the committees with posters, tshirts, and advertisements. The publicity chair is also responsible for maintaining CAB's social media channels on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and SnapChat.

Rodrigue’s is Fordham’s only student run coffee house, located in historic Alumni House in between Queens Court and Alumni Court South. We are open...
- Mondays through Thursdays from 10:00am to 12:00am
- Fridays from 10:00am to 6:00pm
- Sundays from 5:00pm to 12:00am
We serve ethically sourced organic tea and coffee, hot chocolate, and some specialty drinks. We encourage all of our members to plan concerts and other creative events for the Fordham community within our space. Events include arts and crafts days, open mic nights, haunted houses and laser tag. Members have booked artists such as Titus Andronicus, Speedy Ortiz, Porches, Alex G.,and The World is a Beautiful Place and I am No Longer Afraid to Die, just to name a few. Every year we also host Fordham’s Battle of the Bands, in which student bands compete for the opportunity to open the Spring Weekend concert. Rodrigue’s is a Safer Space on campus to ensure an inclusive experience for all students and visitors.

Special Events aims to provide Fordham students with activities of social, educational, and cultural nature congruent with Jesuit ideals. Special Events, along with the Office for Student Involvement, is responsible for programming Family Weekend and “Sibling Sleepover” events during Family Weekend. Special Events is also in charge of putting on a community enrichment event during Spring Weekend. Special Events may cosponsor an event with any other University organization during the school year.

The Weekend Activities Committee (WAC) is responsible for providing weekend programming for students on and off campus. Each semester, the committee plans a wide variety of events ranging from bingo to excursions. The committee chairs work with members of the Campus Activities General Board to brainstorm and plan new and unique events and activities.
