Summer Musical Theatre Intensive Tuition and Housing

Tuition 

The 2024 tuition rate for the 4-credit THEA 3066 Musical Theatre Intensive is $4,200 (not including housing).  

Please note that a $300 deposit (which is applied to the tuition total) must be paid at the time of registration. 

Housing

Housing at Lincoln Center is in 2- and 3-bedroom apartments with kitchens and air-conditioning in the heart of Manhattan. A one-block walk in one direction brings you to Columbus Circle, the South West corner of Central Park, and all the Time Warner Shopping Center have to offer. Two blocks in another direction brings you to Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, which offers free cultural events on the plaza all summer long.

Students must be registered for and attending the Musical Theatre course to remain eligible for housing.

Move-in: SundayMay 26 Noon - 6 p.m.
Move-out: Friday, June 28, by Noon.

Housing rates for 2024 is estimated to be $1450 for one session. The rate will be finalized this Spring. A $50 housing deposit is required to apply. Participants who are in good standing at an American college or university may apply for housing. Housing is administered by the Office of Residential Life at Fordham University.

Please note that, in the Spring, you will also be asked to complete an online housing survey.

Cancellation

Cancellations of housing must be made in writing to [email protected] by May 15. Students who cancel housing after this date will be subject to full housing charges. Withdrawals from the class can be made in writing to [email protected]. The deadline to withdraw with a full refund, minus the non-refundable $300 application deposit, is May 30. Thereafter, the refund schedule articulated on the tuition and fees page will be followed.
