Updates
Keep your Zoom client download updated Beginning November 1, Zoom will require everyone to update the client to ensure it is no more than nine months behind the current version at any given time. From that point on, you will be prompted to update your software when using the platform, if your version falls behind this nine-month window. To prepare for the new schedule and avoid service disruption, Zoom recommends all customers update to the latest release.
To check for updates, log in to your desktop Zoom, click your photo in the upper right, and then select Check for updates.
