The Career Center for Cura Personalis is committed to the ideas of care and community: care for the whole person and the creation of meaningful experiences and connections for all Fordham students. We focus on holistic career education, occupational wellness, and an MVVP model of professional development— emphasizing Mission, Value, Vision, and Purpose from a student’s first year through graduation.
We serve students and alumni of Fordham College Rose Hill, Fordham College Lincoln Center, Gabelli School of Business Undergraduate Programs, School of Professional and Continuing Studies, Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and Graduate School of Education through one-on-one appointments, professional development workshops, events, and specialized resources. We also partner with employers and industry leaders to demonstrate the value and relevance of a Jesuit education.
The Career Center for Cura Personalis is committed to fostering a progressive and inclusive professional environment. With this, we provide tailored resources to students from historically underrepresented groups, including but not limited to women, people of color, individuals who identify as LGBTQ+, veterans, neurodivergent individuals, and individuals with disabilities. In addition to person-centered career counseling, we offer exclusive and accessible resources online and host DEI-based events throughout the academic year.
